RITE Program
(Refugee/Immigrant Training & Employment)

The RITE program is designed to provide case management and employment services for DPSS/GAIN recipients. The program provides the following:

Orientation
Career Counseling
Job Club/Job Search Assistance
Vocational Assessment
Welfare-to-Work Plan Development

The main goal of the RITE program is to assist special needs clients in achieving self-sustaining employment and skill development beginning with cultural and linguistic intake services. CEP is able to provide services in 29 different languages. This communication ability has been a major factor in many of our clients becoming economically self-sufficient in a facilitated manner. For those who are new to this country, receiving public assistance and have limited English-speaking abilities, CEP's RITE program is an essential step towards attaining economic self-sufficiency.
